Find out how other shops handle their inbound quotes
I'm interviewing 15 owners of US screen-print and decorated-apparel shops, 3 to 15 people, about how inbound quote requests actually move through the shop. Everyone I talk to gets the anonymized findings from all 15: how other shops handle peak season, what's working for them, and where they get stuck.
It's 20 minutes on a video call. You walk me through how it works in your shop, I ask follow-ups, and mostly I listen. It's a research call, not a sales call. There is nothing to buy on this page.
I've spent more than five years in printed apparel and print on demand, mostly on the brand side, with some time working directly alongside screen printers.

What I'm exploring
I'm exploring whether a tool could take some of the quote-handling load off small shops, but I haven't settled on what it should be, or whether it's worth building at all. That's the point of these calls. If something useful comes out of them, the shops I talked to will have shaped it. Either way, you walk away with the report.
Rather not do a call? I'll still send you the report
Leave your email and I'll send you the anonymized summary once all 15 interviews are done. Interview participants get it first. Just the findings, no pitch. If something comes out of this research later and you'd want to hear about it, you'll get the choice to opt in.
Who's doing this research
This is independent research I'm doing before deciding whether to build anything, not a pitch in disguise. That's why there's nothing to buy on this page. If you want to check that I'm a real person, my LinkedIn is below.
